Phase 1, a mandatory component, focuses on gaining a deep understanding of the business, identifying key gaps, and providing clear, actionable recommendations for improvement.

Phase 2, an optional extension, aims to support the implementation and oversight of the recommended corrective actions to ensure tangible results.

Phase 1: Scoping the Engagement

Scoping the Engagement focuses on understanding the business, summarizing key findings, and recommending actionable steps for growth. This phase is a one-time, project-based engagement with a fixed-fee structure.

Phase 1.1 - Understanding the Business

Domain and Business Dynamics

Understanding the industry, market ecosystem, internal functions, and value proposition.

Financial Health Assessment

Analyzing P&L statements and balance sheets from recent years, working capital (creditors and debtors), cash flow, ROI, banking arrangements, revenue streams, cost structures, and margin analysis.

Competing Landscape

Studying competition - including size, SWOT analysis, product/service portfolio, customer base, and geographic presence. Collating the View of the Business from Inside and Outside – Interviewing the Key employees across functions; Speaking the external partners – Vendors; Resellers; Competitors.

Phase 1.2 - Expanding the Roadmap

Preparing a comprehensive, unbiased report highlighting key business insights and actionable takeaways. The findings will be presented in a detailed, quantified format wherever possible, serving as the foundation for actionable insights. Focus areas include:

As the relationship evolves, the client may wish to establish a longer-term partnership with Amicuz to ensure that the recommendations from Phase 1 are effectively implemented under expert guidance. Phase 2 is designed to offer a customized approach tailored to the client’s specific needs, taking the project to its logical and successful conclusion.
